Fantastic writeup, thanks!
Is it possible to remove just the left or right kidney grill, or the middle lower mesh without removing the whole bumper? I'm trying to install a radar detector unit behind there somewhere!

Yes, you can remove both kidney grilles and the middle lower mesh without taking the bumper off. The best way to take the middle mesh off is to tape up the bumper around where the middle mesh is - This will protect the paint from being scratched. Then unclip the mesh and bend/twist it in a way that will allow it to come through the middle. Just be patient and careful and it will come right out. |

The clip that hold the H3 bulbs down just fell into the headlight housing, so I'm thinking about removing the headlights to get it out. In order to do that I need to remove the front bumper first right?

I have a question? Do these lower mesh pieces clip in like the kidneys do? My reason for asking is if I dont give a crap about salvaging them I would opt to just cut them out and snap in new ones. Would this work?
