E93 DAB Upgrade ?

BMW are now offering DAB Digital radio across their whole range of vehicles.
This I beleive is to be an option on new orders.

I have just taken delivery of a new E93 but DAB was not an option when I ordered the vehicle. I would really like to upgrade to DAB from standard AM/FM tuner.

Has anyone done this successfully with the E9x 3 Series with idrive ?

Are there any third party DAB solutions available ?

I thought DAB had been an option for ages? I ordered back in March time and have had my car for a good few months, IIRC DAB was an option then.

Yep... but not on E93. This appears to be a new option for 08 E93 models.
