We've done them before on E46 M3s but never on an E90. Not even sure if we'll do one because of the complexity of the E90 electronics. I recommend professional installation.

A board member here tried to install boost and a tach gauge on his 335i and royal screwed up. Even with the gauges removed and wiring back to what it was... his cluster gives him warning lights, the windshield wipers operate on their own, and his turn signal is completely inoperative.

It was me who screwed up the wiring stuff before..
But it was solved.. It was a short circuit. Replacing fuses were enough actually.

Give me a phone call and I can tell you over the phone how to install them. Did you get the electronic or the mechanical one? If you got the electronic one then you need the controller.
