Halo Rings: Bulb or Bulbssssss?

My passenger side Halo Rings went out this morning.

Do I need to buy 1 bulb or 2?
Does one bulb power both halo rings?

Last time I was replacing my halo rings, I only noticed 1 socket to plug in the bulb. BUT only 1 ring was out... Riddle me this.

From what I can gather, one bulb powers both rings on each side. So to answer your question, bulb.
