Dampness in floor boards

I have a 08' 328i and just recently since the winter hit I have had dampness and a few times puddles of water.... :-( Idk how to find leak because it doesn't leak water in the rain. Any ideas of what this would be or where to start.
Thanks

Which floor boards? (i.e. passenger foot well, driver foot well, etc.) My passenger door weather seal went bad which caused puddles on the front passenger foot well. Also, the cowling seal is known to go bad where the mount for the cabin air microfilter meets the windshield cowling and where the cowling meets the windshield above the blower inlet. Check those areas.

I will for sure. I am gonna snap some pics of where and condition of my seals. But it has been behind driver was one puddle and dampness on both passenger side reall all floor is damp cause it so cold at night. Is this most likely a sealant problem because it doesn't leak water in rain it just has inside condensation build up.
Thanks
