The decklid does require debadging and retains your stock roundel.

How easy is the install? What is used to hold it in place?

And if need to be removed, how easy is that? Would removal damage or leave any marks on the original trunk?

For the most part, our E90 Post discounts are right on the website

Vorsteiner maintains strict pricing on their pieces so there is not much room to move around.

The decal can be removed from the plate.

The trunk is held in by 3M double sided tape, the same tape that BMW uses for all of their exterior spoilers. It's 100% reversible and does not damage the trunk should you want to remove it.

We recommend using double sided tape and screws on the bottom of the diffuser. The screws go into the bottom of the bumper so you can remove it without trace of install. Although the best install molds it to the bumper
