MusicarNW level one vs level two

Having trouble getting ahold of the guys at MusicarNW. I've tried emailing them twice through their website and PM'd VP Electricity on here and called. After 4-5 weeks still no reply. I'm looking for a comparison of the level two upgrade vs the level one upgrade. What will I notice as "better" on the level two. I'm hoping to catch someone's eye from musicar as well hopefully they can reply on here. Thanks

I went through the same debate a few months back. The level 1 comes with a speaker set which are similar to stuff made by MBquart. Titanium dome smaller tweeter but unsure about the mid and underseat sub. The level 2 has a matched three way speaker set built by jehnert, which is designed specifically for our cars.ot has a larger diameter silk dome tweeter and matching jehnert mids and underseat woofers. The system sounds amazing once broken in.

I thought it was Morels and Jehnerts for the non coupes

I thought it was Morels and Jehnerts for the non coupes.
and Jehnerts all around for the coupes due to door speaker depth.
For Level 2 . And Diamond audio and SWS8's for the Level 1's

i just put an order in through phone on Friday for a level 2 + sub, just keep trying to reach them. They are very thorough with their answers and will be very helpful.

The level one package is still some top quality stuff as far as car audio goes, package differences that sent me to level two were: (bare with me, they seem to have changed up their site and no longer list descriptive differences in levels)

-bigger tweeters (bigger usually easier on the ears)
-cleaner sounding underseat woofers (jenharts vs sws8's) - clean and accurate midbass is important to me, the sws8's are better for bass but lack clarity up higher than 100hz or so
-better crossover function
-ability to add sub, to again, keep those midbass woofers clean for midbass duty

hope this helps

Thanks everyone for your replies. Ken got ahold of me. It was an issue with their website. I'm leaning toward a level 2 upgrade 3-way setup and retaining my rear speakers. Not sure if I want to do the Jehnerts or the sws8's underseat woofers. I listen to lots of alternative/rock music, but also listen to hip-hop. Maybe I'll do the Jehnerts then safe up for a sub upgrade?
Anyone want to speak on the Jehnerts underseat subs and how the sound with hip-hop or dubstep type of music

I purchased the Level 1 system from Musicar back in 2011, which at that time included Rainbows 4" ; 8" SWS woofers ; and a JL Amp. My musical tastes were similar to yours. After some discussion, I decided to upgrade from the Rainbows to the Morels as I told they offered a decent improvement and I am very happy with them. However, because at the time I was leaning towards not adding a sub, I stayed with the SWS as they had a bit more low-end compared to the Jehnerts, which worked better for hip-hop & dubstep. However, the trade off was that I would sacrifice some as the Jehnerts have a more snappy & fast mid-bass. I've been very happy with the set up since I've had it.

Although as we car enthusiasts are oft to do, I am now considering to improve upon this by adding a sub for some addition low-end and will likely be swapping my amp and the SWS woofers for Jehnerts in order to really make the system jel. So if you do believe you may want a sub, I'd suggest going with the Jehnerts as they will fill in the gap between the Morels and the sub.

Thanx for your input. i think I'm leaning toward the Jehnerts and then sub upgrade later.
