N54 | First Day on Meth

Just got back from NorCal where I met up with Shiv from Vishnu Performance. My car is running GREAT with the PWM Meth kit! The 5 hour ride home on Meth was awesome!

So true. Thinking about kicking e85 to the curve and try meth. I'm tired of TERRIBLE mpg. Big up to all the meth heads out there, yall are finally getting me to join you .

That's good, you enjoyed your ride from NorCal, at least you saw my random modded car on a morning ride.

I was on the edge about getting a proper rear trunk mount kit but once the BMS flashes for us JB4 G5 ISO guys finally came to light I decided to go the E85 route. Honestly if the car is properly tuned for E85 by using the flash to change the fueling limitations of the DME there really isn't THAT much difference in running pump+meth opposed to using 60/40 mix E85/93. E85 still cools the motor but I still think meth has a bigger impact in that area. But power wise if I'm not mistake the proper set up E85 cars are a few horsepower short of a car running on pump+ 100% meth which is very dangerous regardless of where your tank is located, especially if you track the car. But I guess both have there ups and downs but I would rather not mess with a big tank in my trunk and have to refill it with the way I drive probably very often lol. But congrats on your new meth kit!! I know it def made the car feel completely different especially if you took it to shiv to install it for you

Another benefit of meth is that it will keep the intake clean of carbon deposits, which E85 or race gas will not do.

Everyone keeps saying that is a benefit, but even meth users have HEAVY carbon buildup and require the intake valve cleaning.

Yea. It doesn't reduce all the carbon build up but I would say it at least slows some of the build up down.

Meth + E85 + RBs (heaven on wheels)

Although as a test, I tried running these E85 base flashes on 93+meth, car seemed very happy with the increased timing.
