I had posted my wheels up for trade but have had multiple offers to sell outright so I am looking to pick up a new set of wheels and tires: listed below is what I would ideally want (if they come with tires that is even better!)

I am not very picky just let me know what you have if it is a staggered 19" set up, I have cash on hand and can potentially pick the package up anywhere from New York to Richmond. I am also willing to pay for shipping. $2000 is the very upper price limit, want to stay around $1500
