Oil leak...need help

Hello everyone. My car has another problem that I'm asking for help one more time
Its a BMW 2006 325i that I just bought last month. Running 67k miles on it
I found some oil leak on the ground. Open the hood, I found that there is oil on the side of the engine by the gasket. So I changed the engine gasket. The leaking problem is still being found every morning.
Then I jack my car up. Look at the underneath of the car and I found the leaking is the transmission oil panel. I ordered the new panel from BMW and replace it, changed the transmission oil. Thought it is done
However, this morning I found a spot of leaking on the ground. This leaking oil has very light yellow color.
So besides the engine gasket, transmission oil panel. Where is the leak might be coming from?

If its yellow its not tranny fluid. Maybe oil filter gasket leak? Power steering?
