Amplifying the whole setup

Hi guys,

I have a quick question.

I will be getting my base audio system coded to Hifi to get rid of the nasty equalisation.. I have heard that this causes the rear PDC to go very quiet. If I convert the rear audio channels to rca's with a LOC and then amp the rears as well as the fronts and subs, will it retain and amplify the PDC sound.

Thanks in advance guys.

If you have a CIC, then you can adjust PDC sound level, either no.

Maybe you can code removing HIFI label in the PDC module (back to STEREO parameter) but not sure it works.

I have HIFI coding with NO amp on rear speakers and the PDC tone is lound enaugh.
Without HIFI coding but speakers upgrade, I was worried about my childs hears ! (PDC sound to lound)

Thanks for the responses guys. Think I'm gonna see how it sounds after its been coded then decide whether to amp up and change the speakers.

Thanks once again
