You have warranty on the car? If not, why not go with magnaflow or sth to keep it cheap?

I dont have a warranty on it. I heard the sound of the PE and loved it. Plus extra HP with it. Someone from this site who has Magnaflow suggested me the PE too.

I got a 09 328ix like couple months ago. I'm looking for PE too, but I have warranty until Sep 2015 and I don't know if a used PE will void the warranty. Gotta call the stealership

I doubt that it will void your warranty since it is an OEM part. But I'm sure someone else can charm in to answer this.
