As far as i know yes they are bmw can reprogram them to work on your car

The keys are not blank that can be cut but they are only 8 dollars on ebay and fit great i have done it before http://www.ebay.com/itm/Blank-Uncut-...85ba1c&vxp=mtr

all it takes is a simple call to the dealer to find out if the FOBs are reprogrammable people...

True that...but I think nowadays, people are so reluctant on calling their dealer coz God knows they might charge you just by calling....
