Will my 19" OEM E46 M3 wheels fit on my E92 335?

I have a pefect set of 19" stock OEM E46m3 wheels in my garage. i think they would look great on my AW 335 cp. Will they fit?

19x8 et 47 (27.8 lbs) Rear - 19x9.5 et 27 (29.2 lbs)

Rear is fine, but for front you need spacers, not only because it will hit the shocks, but also for aesthetic reasons. Something like 20mm spacer.

At least a 15mm spacer in the front. Rears should be fine.

How about if he added coilovers? Would they still fit with it pretty slammed?
