Advice needed for e90 335xi

So I have an e90 335xi sedan. So far I have a jb4 stage 3, aFe DCI, and that's it. Power is good but not enough for what I want. I am looking for advice on what brands to buy for the following next upgrades..i want good quality parts that will give me the best performance but don't want to pay more than I have to if a similar brand will give similar gains.
So my next mods are:
-Intercooler
-catless Downpipes
-charge pipe and bov
-meth Injection

I met the owner of Precision BMW Repair, he has some pretty good ideas on how to get the most out of 335's. He's in Brentwood NH near Epping. www.bimmercars.com I have JB+ and he just kept going on about what different mods I should be doing instead. Seemed like reasonable rates if you don't want to do it yourself.

Ok im guessing you live in New England where it doesent get as hot as other parts of the region . So lets start off by this , if your looking to do methanol the theres really no point in a intercooler as it wont do anything . If you dont want too mess with filling up your tank dealing with flow problems etc etc etc then get an intercooler , but u wont make as much power as methanol will give you. So for the downpipe any of the are gonna benifit you over stock . The XI dp's are diffrent then the "I" dp's and much harder too install. And last but not least . Dont waist your money on a charge pipe and bov unless your planning on getting meth. finito

My goal is 450-475 hp, seriously. Not hard to get I know..so I'm thinking downpipes next, then intercooler.
I have the jb4 stage 3 tune, is the Cobb AP really the best for performance? I've heard you can run e85 with that tune which is good but the closest supply is an hour away.

map 5 is a autotune map , meaning to whatever modifications you have and your fuel octane it adapts and serves . It ranges from 12- 15 psi also the outside temp plays a part too .

450-475 Is hard for FBO and tune. XIs max out at about 400 on a higher reading Dyno.

My setup 406 protuned. FBO. No way to break 450 wo e85 or meth on a lucky Dyno.

I'm running 30% e85 mix on conb race map and it feels way smoother and faster than my previous protune. I'm in the process of fine tuning in ATR now. Just an idea OTS map is similar load but timing is ahead by like 8-10 degrees!

Well I plan on doing whatever it takes to get there, I know it can't be achieved with just a tune and intake haha.
So next I'm thinking catless downpipes, meth injection and e85 on map 5 of the jb4. Think ill be closer to 450 then?

There is a lot of risk in pre-throttle body meth injection. If you are dead set on doing whatever it takes to get to 450whp on an xI, be prepared for the cost of repairs when things start to break. 450whp is doable on a rear drive car with FBO and a little E85 but the awd setup sucks up quite a bit of power that you'll never get back.

It looked like Vargas hit that mark on their xI platform with their single turbo kit. Maybe start off with that and a 7" FMIC and go from there. No need to pay for DPs to just sell them again when you don't hit your goals.

auto or mt.

whatever it takes, like replacing the transfer case or slipping tranny?
why is 450 the magic number? we can put you on a dyno and adjust corrections for a magic 450 if you want.
you're not breaking a legit 450 easy without turbos on a XI.

like people said, DP's are hella work on an XI. Or going to bit $$ to have installed. Subframe has to come down.
