Vishnu Exhaust ' vs ' Borla
Im thinking about switching out my Borla cat back for the Vishnu cat back. Does anyone on here have the Vishnu exhaust. Are you happy with it? How bad if any is the "Drone"...
Thanks in advance for your advice!!!

I went down there this afternoon and dropped my car off. Picking it up in a couple of hours. I'll let you know how it comes out.

I have the Vishnu/Harman Motive exhaust and love it. Its definately on the conservative side, especially at idle and light throttle. At wot it has a nice deep note.

wow... interesting chain of events. Maybe try a secondary cat delete with the borla? I think I'm going to be getting the borla + 2nd cat del then later a catted downpipe (when there is a procede map)

You are just amplifying a 6 cylinder whatever you do. It sounds ricey to me all the time cuz I am used to my S4 V8 burble.
They all sound ricey to me but I heard a clip of an RD Sport that didn't sound too bad.

Borla became my 1st true love from past ownership. The problem is is that I've always had it on trucks with big v8's. It's the perfect exhaust for a truck.. My intention with the Vishnu was to find the in between louder than present but not crazy loud. From reading and talking with people, I was convinced that this exhaust would be the one. Maybe it is and I need to get used to it. We'll see... Let me ask you this, would getting smaller tip reduce any of the sound? This exhaust has 4" tips on it. Just curious...

That being said, of all the tips that were available on my tri-flo for my M3, the DTM(upturned) tips seemed the loudest. Louder than the dual, single oval or angle cut. Again, I could be wrong here.

I would think if you went from 4" to 3" tips that would definitely make a difference as long as the length of the tip remains the same.
