Ok, a few things. 1) Bluetooth WITH telematics, for the Nav Pro system 2) You will probably want to specify Voice Control as well 3) Why don't you consider having Bi-Xenon lights instead of the Comfort Access? I've heard and seen too many people have aggro over the Comfort Access system... And the Xenons make a HUGE difference to the headlight output - much greater visibility at night IMO 4) The Nav Pro does NOT come with a CD changer - you have to order that separately. The car does come with a single CD drive in the centre console though. 5) Have you thought about getting the electric rear blind and manual side blinds instead of the individual sun protection glass? To some people, the individual glass looks a bit 'pimp'. 6) If the privacy glass/blinds is because you have kids in the back, do you actually need the ISOFIX on the front seat?! Just a thought... Just my 2p worth !! |

Dont bother with a 6CD, you have already specified 6FL (USB) so buy an iPod instead. Also I wouldnt bother with the sliding armrest, not worth it imho.

Thanks guys, I wanted the Coupe, but need 3 back seats ..... damn Coupe only has 2 seatbelts in the back !!!
I might as well have an isofix in the front as well, only costs an extra £1 on the finance. My assumption of the Comfort Access is that its basically allows you to not have to use the keys ? thinking about it I don't have Electric Seats so for £400 I get to not have to out the keys in the ignition, anything else that Comfort Access does ?? I thought the car came with Xenon lights ? Might have to swap out the Comfort Access ? unless someone can tell me why I should keep it ? BoBBoB |

I hace similarish spec. I wish I'd gone for comfort access though. What's the point of a start button if you have to have keys dangling around your legs?!
It doesn't come with Xenons. I spec'd xenons on my e90 335d. If you can stretch to it I can highly recommend the prof speaker option (logic 7 or whatever its called) - sounds amazing with 6FL.

I made the mistake of not choosing the prof or the logic 7 - the standard system is fairly poor! ( I would also spec the petrol engine ![]() ![]()

Agreed. I went for Logic7 and it is superb. Now of course you have the option of the Individual High End Audio System (an eyewatering £1400+) - 16 speakers... Now I'd love to know what that sounds like!

I have comfort access on a clio 197 and my 335D. Its handy but its an option that you can live without.
I would deffo add DAB , the differnce is amazing and personally i would use the money saved on comfort and use it towards getting the logic 7 ![]() |

You can easily do without heated seats. I had a convertible without them, and had the roof down in winter with the heating on - they are great until the car warms up, which doesn't take long. I'd say they are more of a luxury than the comfort access in a way.... at least you use that every day every journey. Sure, on my z3 they were good but I can live without them.

In all honesty the heated seats aren't exactly necessary unless it's a 'vert. I had them in my Z4 and like Silver says you don't REALLY need them. However, they were very useful with the laaadeeez!

I don't like having a separate key hanging around, easily lost. I'd prefer no key.

Thanks for the input
The car was ordered this evening, looks like I will go with Comfort Access :-) I'm not really an audiophile, the stereo in my current car sounds fine and by all accounts its sh*t :-), oh and black leather. Everything has been done over the Internet and via the phone, I haven't even test driven one, makes it more of a surprise I think :-) as soon as I get it, blacklines, black grill and 2.5k miles later a remap !! Its a bit like Gran Turismo but in real life, this will be our 10th car in 6 years !!! BoBBoB |
