19" Style 166 on e90

Hi I've done some research on this and I'm getting conflicting results on if this combination is possible. I have a 2007 328i sedan on the stock 16"s. I have been offered 19" style 166 off of a 2005 M5. The tires on the 19"s are front 245/35, back 245/40. I believe the offset of these rims to be 12 in the front and 28 in the back so I understand that this is not a direct bolt on. Here is and image if I have misidentified the wheels. Thanks in advance and please excuse my ignorance.

Bump for some answers, looking at running these wheels too.

I've seen it done before on a E92. You'll definitely need to run stretched tires, rolled rear fenders and some camber adjustment... anything is possible.
