First time starting a thread. Great to find a good source of info here.

I'm shopping around for my first BMW and found a white E91 XDrive wagon at a dealer. It's in overall very good condition. 2009, Premium package and cold weather package. 2 Owners on this car, both bought CPO from BMW dealer. The only thing on the carfax was one tail light was replaced.

I have test driven it and liked it. The price is $25,279 for the car and $27,708 OTD.

KBB Suggested retail is $28,941, CarGurus result comes to $28,496, which IMO is pretty crazy.

How much should I target at for the final price? Or this price is already good?
