fitment help

I have 18x9.5 et35 with 275/35r18 r888 in the rear on stock suspension it was fine. I lowered my car on ground control suspension at first it rubbed but not all too bad and then i got my alignment and they put .5 degrees more of negative camber in the rear and now it rubs more. What could be causing this?

Doesn't sound right cuz it should of cleared your rubbing issues, but do you know exactly where it's rubbing?

i think its rubbing if you are looking at the fender at like the 11 and 1 position if that makes sense. It makes a weird noise too which doesnt really sound like rubbing that ive heard before could it be rubbing shock?

With that offset, I don't think you would get rubbing on the suspension.

If you want to see if it's rubbing on your fenders for sure, you should add one layer of painters tap around the inner lip. Wherever it rubs it will be rubbed off.

First of all, IMO you have a way too tall tire at 275/35 for your ride regardless of offset, but since I don't know what you drive, I really can't tell.

At 25.58 inches, it just might be rubbing at the upper part of the wheel well, close to the chassis/body...I don't know. And due to the width, it might be doing that because of the increased negative camber.

Also, depending upon what you have up front, you might be changing the neutral handling ratio from nearly 50/50 weight distribution to something similar to a FWD because the car is leaning forward...LOL

found out where it is rubbing. I am going to have my fenders shaved next week. Once i have the rubbing issue gone i am going to have the car corner balanced and i have 255/35 up front
