Which is the stock exhaust of choice for a 330i?
When I bought my car used, it came with the BMW Performance Exhaust with just about 1k miles on it, and I was going to trade some guy for his stock 328i exhaust.
I was reading somewhere I think that people were actually installing 330i exhausts because they sounded better than the 328is which were quiet, but I haven't been able to track down the thread. Can anyone reflect on which is the "stock exhaust to own"? or is it moot between the 325/330/328? If its really a different "stock exhaust" I want, then I'll make a few bucks more just selling the BMW Performance Exhaust and picking up a stock exhaust on here. Thanks! |

they should be the same... And why would you trade a PE for a stock exhaust?

Sorry about posting this in the wrong section. Maybe a mod can move it for me? This is just a beater car for when I commute. I have other cars for performance and racing. I won't keep it more than a few more weeks now and then I'm passing it off to my wife for her to drive to work. She'll probably keep it for at least 6 months to a year. She really likes it, but doesn't care about the exhaust and stuff. don't really care about the sound much. I mean its cool, but I'd rather have the money... Once again sorry about the mispost- I'll go where someone likely knows the answer! haha. |
