Catted Downpipe Question
Hello all,
I recently blew my cat on the downpipes and am looking into replacing them.. I really do not want the headache of emissions issues with catless and plus with my exhaust setup (hpf gen 2) I feel catless will just be obnoxiously loud. My question is if I blew my stock cat with the hpf exhaust, if i get high flow catted downpipes will i just keep blowing cats or will the high flow be able to handle the backpressure better than stock? |

what happen to the cats....they broke in pieces and got out the exhaust ?
--- and yes high flow cat will handle better backpressure because the are steel cats versus ceramic ( stock )

High flow catted may not show emissions codes when you fist install but eventually it will happen and you will have to run a very mild sim to pass odbII emissions inspection.
