Speaking of maintenance

I have free maint to 100k. What are the service intervals of the items they have to do up to 100k? I understand the items in the service indicator won't be done until it calls for them but what are published BMW recommended maint items that I can have them do before 100k?

So there is no published maint intervals for everything?

Transmission, front and rear diffs, transfer case fluids are all at 100k (if equipped), as well as the fuel filter.
