Russia Builds World's Most Powerful Bomb
vacuum bomb? isn't this from like a sci-fi movie lol. the video is very cool. seems like the smoke being released is being ignited a 2nd time. just like in high school chemistry when the teacher builds up the hydrogen atoms in a plastic bag puts the wooden meter stick near and and light a match under. the ruler just explodes.

I was in Destin, FL when the USAF set off the MOAB near Eglin AFB a few years back. It was like Holy Sh*t! What the hell was that. This Rusky bomb is supposed to be 4 times as powerful as that one.

Russians have always cut corners in areas like QC and safety...I'm not very comfortable with them having a bomb like this. They are usually more concerned with how cheap it can be mass produced versu 'how do we keep it from accidentally going BOOM'.

I just hope all this military flexing from Russia doesn't go too far and start another cold war. I also hope that Russia will be responsible enough, with any sale of this type of weapon to enemies of the free world.

"All this military flexing from Russia." Looks like a kindegarten play to me compared to the U.S. "military flexing" since 2003. Both countries have enormous weapon resources and pretty much the same international agenda, so let's not be hypocritical and label everything that comes from the U.S. as "liberation" and everything that comes from Russia as "starting a cold war."
