Post Help On New 08 328i Sedan Lease

i currently have a e92 coupe 335i. i want to get another bmw. now that the 08 lease programs are out i asked my sales guy a quote and got this below. what do you guys think? this is the best they can do. it is the same person i bought my 335i from and he says its with bmw loyalty discount, etc.

08 328i Sedan
Alpine White
Beige Interior W/ Light Polar Trim
Premium
Heated Seats
Adaptive Xenon
Comfort Acess
Navigation

36 Month Lease 12k Annual W/ $5k down tax, etc included @ $505 monthly. my sales guys says that the interest rate is high now but after a month or two it wil dramatically decrease. either that or get a 07 i or xi for about the same price with navigation, etc which would be alot lower then $505 montly on the 08 model.

Pick up an 07 and pay somewhere in the $400s...$500/month is 335 sedan territory! ... expecially with $5000 down.

I put $3500 down and my payments are under $400, 36 months 15k / year
