So what's the verdict on front Camber plates on an XI?
I have a XI e90 09.
My driver's side camber is slightly off, 1.2 degrees. I'm thinking about getting camber plates up front. 1) do RWD aftermarket plates fit our cars? 2) will the plates lower the front more? |

If you want to keep the camber within factory specs you don't need camber plates. RWD camber plates won't work on the front. Our rear suspensions are the same but our front suspension is different. I have ground control camber plates and they are xi specific. They won't affect suspension height. I'd recommend it if you plan on tracking the car, but a street car doesn't really need them.

Thanks Dys for the reply.
So to keep camber in within factory specs, the car doesn't need plates? My car is almost completely down on KW v1's. My driverside front camber is negative by about 1.2 degrees, alignment guy said there's not way to fix it since there's no room left. any ideas? |
