Review of GSR Autosport in Lake Forest

This has been the absolute best experience I've had with a shop. I am not one bit surprised that they have all 5 star ratings on Yelp. They actually call back when they say they will, and everyone here loves cars. I normally work on my cars myself, from simple oil changes to engine rebuilds, but lately I just haven't had the time. I delayed getting my coolant flushed and transmission and differential fluids changed, because everywhere I asked, they wanted to overcharge, or the reviews were questionable. I stumbled upon this place from the ad on the back of the car of one of the owners, who is a professional Formula D drifter!!! They were also able to drop me off at a nearby LA Fitness so I could work out instead of waiting there.

They also have a $75 off $150 coupon on Yelp, so you guys who have been holding off on maintenance, now you have no excuse.

I had terrible experience with them. Never returned calls, never called when they said they would. Said they could fix a coolant issue same day but I was sent home with the same issue because they didn't have a generic part that could have been obtained from any one of the dealerships in Orange County. They never called me back when they had the part in stock.

This is only an assumption, but if they are prepping for a race weekend or prepping a race car for a customer you will likely fall down their priority list.
