Reputable Dealership around Pittsburgh for Service

Can anyone recommend a dealership around the Pittsburgh / Wexford / Sewickly area for service? I want to get something checked out and I don't want to bring it anywhere that might make things worse.

I've never been to any of the N.Pittsburgh dealerships. I live in the south and went to Rahal, not a fan of theirs, typical service advisors who give the cookie cutter response regardless of you showing them your own car knowledge.

So now I make the extra distance trip to A&L BMW in Monroeville. Those guys are pretty good except when they wanted to charge me $375 in labor to change out an injector that I did in their parking lot in 20 minutes. (But their rate was right in line with what other dealerships would charge for an injector swap.)

So if I'm still under manufacturer warranty that shouldn't be an issue (labor costs).

Of course not but if the dealership wants to be annoying and you say there is an issue when there isn't and they waste their time, they claim they will charge a diagnostics fee.

You'll be fine any dealership you go to for small warranty problems.

Another vote for A&L - Mike in service is a great guy, along with Elizabeth as SA.

If you ever need any body work, or items painted - Dennis in charge of the Body Shop, and Dale that works in the shop are both excellent.

Thanks for the heads up. I don't think I'm even going to bring it in anymore. I was being paranoid about my transmission shifting from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd a bit rough but I think it was all in my head. Its under warranty for another 72k miles or 3 more years so I have time..

I've used P&W on Baum Blvd in Shadyside couple of times, pretty easy to deal with, never had any issues.
