335xi e92 m3 offset?

Hi guys, I am looking at purchasing a set of wheels for my 2008 335xi coupe. I found a nice set i liked near by me only an hour away. The dimensions of the wheels are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5. The offsets on the wheels are et35 front and et 40 rear. I am asking for your guys opinion on if these wheels will work with my car. I was told they may stick out a little bit. My car is in the shop currently and cant take it with me to go meet up with the person whom I would be buying the wheels from so i could put the wheel actually on the car without the tire n see how it fits. What is your guys feedback on this situation? also what tire sizes would you guys recomend since I have the awd setup and dont want to mess with anything with my differential and what not. Ive searched on both topics, tires and the agressive offsets from an m3. I understand about the tires topic, but I cant get a straight answer on if those offsets are too aggressive for my xi coupe. Anything would help. Thanks guys!

whats with the "m3" in the title?

and +35 and +40 offset will NOT stick out a little bit. in fact, it wont stick out at all... it'll actually be sunk in and people will advise you to get spacers to push it out. LOL.

Those specs can fit, and spacers could be used to make them more flush if you'd like.
