SOS!!!

Hi guys..
got a little problem when I was installing the OEM rear spoilers..
I was following the DIY step by step instructions on installing it..
but it seems like the spoiler is slightly shifted like 1 millimeter to the right
SO... the right edge of the spoiler was sticking out more than the left..
THEN.. I added more beta glue on the right edge, double clamped it so that hopefully it will stay there, and went to sleep.

the next day.........

The edge of the right side thankfully stuck together.. but the damn freakin CLAMPS made a nasty huge paint chip!!!

Is there any way I can fix this?? will touch up paint do the job?? I didn't even consider going to the dealership to have it fixed, because he almost had me buy the betaglue kit for 26 dollars.. Thanks to this forum, after arguing with the parts guy, I saved like 14 dollars lol. Anyways...

I put one layer of microfiber towel.. seems like overnight, those two clamps got loose and kind of twisted around smearing the paint The two clamps were lying on my driveway when I came to see it early in the morning......

This is just one of the reasons to just use the 3M tape. I guess you can't convince some that the Betalink is not necessary. I would not want to experiment with it on my car. If you have experience using it OK. But for a first timer, BE CAREFUL.
