E92 dash trim into a E91?
Quick question - the shot below is of a E92/3 Coupe/conv interior with the black wood trim.
![]() I really like this trim but I'm after a E91 Touring where I understand it is not available. Hence, would it fit a E90/91 model or is the dash slightly different in the E92/3? I guess there would be an issue with rear door trim being totally different. Alternatively, can you get alternative trims for the E90, where? how much? and iis it as easy to retrofit as it is on an E46? Thanks |

hello mate - wonder if can you get a piano black trim for the e91 via BMW indivdual, the trim option in the picture i presume is dark grey poplar.... i have this on the e92 - photos don't do it justice but its not quite as black as per the piccy, still a pretty good match. Best trim option IMO

You can order different interior trims from the Individual Catalog for E90/91... Currently Amarone Walnut (the one I have), Anthracite Birch, Piano Black and Barite Silver Aluminium are available. I guess you'd be interested in either the Birch or Piano Black. Cost for the wood trims was between £570 - 355 (less discount) depending on 3-er model. Aluminium was £250 (as Carlos & I well know, wood is best & priced accordingly!!!).:rocks:

I think the individual price is at order point rather than retro fit.
I'm sure it will be available as spares item. You'll need to get the spares man at the local stealer to locate the item most of them don't want to know without car reg or VIN number as it means they have to do some work. You could get your car VIN and work out which digit tells it what wood/metal to have and then get an EPC DVD from ebay and find the part number yourself and then ask the stealer how much. Long winded I know but it works
