First things first, Big up's to Vishnu and the PROcede ECU.

THE STORY|| I was driving my e92 335i on the 210 fwy when I noticed a Montego Blue e90 335i. He merged on the fwy and immediatly noticed me. He changed lanes and came right next to me, and floored his car.

I didn't do chase him or anything, yet. So we keeped are cool about 5 minutes, then I decided to punch it. I hit 100 going past him. He noticed and started coming from behind, we raced through on the fwy. The fwy was pretty empty, I was hitting 140 and counting , but I noticed from my rear view mirror that the e90 335i was hauling ass.

I was the WTF!!!??... His bimmer had "BOB SMITH" on his plates. So we kept racing through traffic and we both finally slowed down. I tried high beaming him so he can come next to me, so we can talk.

I finally get next to him, and we start talking, he was a middle aged man. Probably in his 30's if not 40's. I asked if he was stock, he shook his head. From the moment of his reaction I knew he was not stock.

He told me he was chipped my PROcede. I was nice. PROcede really makes a difference. He then decided to run against me. Remember that I'm stock. He said "Lets see how a PROcede runs against stock." I replied "Let's do it." I shook my head in response and was ready.

I knew for sure I was going to get an ass beating, but what the hell. He gave the signal with three honks, I was in third gear with "DTC" pressed once. I also had a full tank of gas.

After the third honk, we hit it. He took off and had a 2-3 car lenghts on me. I was LIKE "PROcede FTW." We slowed doen with on-coming traffic. I went next to him and gave him a thumbs up with his performance. I told him "Let's do it again." He replied "ok."

So, we went from third gear again. After he honked, we were neck in neck in third, by the time 4th gear was in play, he 2 car lengths on me. After that we said our good byes and went our ways.

Dont fvck with a PROcede 335i. lol

PROcede > Turbo Tuner & Exede lol juice box:rocks:

Honestly, in my opinion. Who ever want performance in their 335i get the PROcede. It makes A LOT of difference. I would get it in a heart beat.

Sounds about right - I can't wait to hear some Procede V2 stories though!

Yep; that is about right for PROcede v1.4x. btw -- "middle age" is NOT 30's or 40's...ha ha. Try late 40's to 50's.

"BOB SMITH" is the name of the dealer where he got his car from.

why do you always press dtc once? HOLD it down for at least 5 SECONDS. im sure if you did this you would have beat that sti you raced...

You say procede> tt,jb, and xede yet im more than certain if you went up against a car with any of those different tuning options you'd get beat just as bad. And from what I understand JB stg2 is gaining some ground and matching 1/4 mile trap speeds of procede equipped cars. Besides checking dragtimes.com for proof- hotrod and mr.5 have done comaprisons of v1.47 procede vs JB2 and they yielded the exact same results, with the JB on top by very little...

its the traction control and i guess you can say it turns off half way when pressed once but if its held down for 5 seconds, it will turn off completely. not sure if the XI's would have it

Well, I press "DTC" once because the gears are more free and work harder and faster.

When I raced that STI from a stop I held the DTC button for a long time, but that was a mistake becuase I got to much wheel spin and therefore he took advantage.

I pressed DTC once against the STI from rolls, I basically pull on him almost every gear everytime.

When I was reffering to Juice box, I wasnt meaning anythin negative towards them. I just said "lol" becuase all these big names like PROcede are walking tall and stuff, then theis radom guy comes with juice box and gives unbelieveable results which is good.

Performance: PROcede > JB
Money wise lol: JB > PROcede.... anyday in a heart beat

3 car lengths doesnt sound alot, two stock cars could have that result if one came out the factory pushing some more HP!
