Procede on windows 8 or google's OS?

Anyone running their procede logging with win8 or the google OS? I'm looking to buy a dedicated laptop or possibly the new Sony tablet, but only if they'll connect to the V3 hardware via the USB cable and run the software.

Any info is appreciated.
