Spark Plug Service Almost Due?

Hi Guys,

My 07 335i iDrive is indicating the spark plug service is due in ~7000kms. My mechanic tells me this is a major service (fuel system, complete inspection, etc) and not just the spark plugs.

Is this true? I thought the hoist type service logo would be the general inspection.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Plugs at 45k. FUel -- not sure. DIY and save & have fun

spark plug service link with oil change at the same time, no fuel system service for n54 seen no service-able fuel filter....
