FS: staggered set of 19" VMR V715, NY
Set of VMR V715 19" staggered. These were powdercoated 'Pearlescent Black', which I'd consider gunmetal, with hints of blue in direct sunlight. Center caps not included, but OEM caps will fit. $300 OBO.
Aside from 1 of the rears, they are in excellent condition with no bends, cracks, or curb rash. The one imperfect wheel has a bit of a story... It has some small dimples and an approx. 4" crease in the lip. This happened when the wheel was powdercoated a 2nd time. I was not 100% happy with the first powdercoat finish, so I had my guy redo it. What I learned soon after from VMR is that this particular wheel is susceptible to this when powdercoated. Something to do with the stripping chemicals collecting underneath the lip, and then altering the composition of the metal when baked. VMR assured me this is only a cosmetic effect, and that the structure of the wheel is not compromised.
