help regarding my blown h&r shock

hi everyone, I bought a set of h&r street performance coils for my 328xi sedan last year, after a year of use and about 20000km , one of my rear shocks is leaking oil badly, what do you guys suggest I should do? is this going to be covered by the warranty? who do I contact? h&r or the vender? if not covered by warranty can I use another shock like blistein sport or so?
or do I even have the option of purchasing these shocks from h&r .
thanks

Contact H&R and see what they say. Seems easy enough.
