CLOSED CIRCUIT. I ran with this Mercedes from about 40 to 120. I have an AFE intake and a JB4 map 1 tune and I still couldn't catch up. What in the world??

I would do a log and see of everything is running smoothly. It could be that your so heavy (4 wheel drive) that it's slowing you down. Are you sure it wasn't a CLS55 AMG? Those things are quick!

I'm thinking about going to the dyno and doing a few runs this week. I have a small leak in my front differential, but I don't think that it would make that big of a difference. No it wasn't a CLS55 AMG, but it was a CLS550 AMG which only comes with an exterior AMG package and no engine tweaks.

That's really odd, I've driven an 11 e550 and have an 11 E AMG and the 550 isn't that quick and handles like a boat. The CLS from what I understand is a heavier e-class. I know you said it was 2007, but are you sure its not a 12/13 with the new turbo motors, they are almost if not quicker than the 6.2 amg engine...

Yes I'm sure. Its my buddies car so I've helped him fix it and have been under the hood..
