I came accrossed a Kumho tire that is nearly new. The only reason I think this tire isn't being used by someone is the patch in the middle of the tire. I checked it out and the patch is done perfectly. No issue to worry about there. The tire is taking up room in my garage and I need it gone, so make me an offer. No offer is ridiculous.
