New to coding- need help

Hi out there...

I am pretty new to coding and I am using NCS expert to read and write the file and the coding tool to edit the trace file and save to man file. My first attempt was to turn on the instant speed function on the obc and the process went through fine with the coding competed notification on NCS. I turned of the ignition and removed the key for abut a minute or so and when I turned it back on the obc won't display any functions now.

I also have tried to turn on the audible alarm beep and the mp3 functionality without success as well.

I have the original trace file saved in a separate folder, and can revert back to those if needed.

The car is a 2006 e90 330i with CCC I drive...

Can anyone advise of the correct plan of action?

Thanks in advance...

Did you update sp-daten properly?

If you want to back default settings, just select ECU and recode it with EXPERTMODUS.

I expect that daten updated properly as there was no errors on the read or write process. How do I check which version of daten I have? I can try and update the daten with a version I downloaded from a member on the forum.

Ps. When I started the car this morning to had to work the Kombi cluster worked fine with the original functions all still there but non of the changes active.
