These have never been mounted or even out of the box. Got these for dedicated track wheels but decided I wanted Apex wheels (I feel these are more for the streets than track). I'm looking to sale or trade this NEW set of rims for a set of 18's or 19's Apex wheels (new or used). Make me a reasonable offer if you want to just buy them.
