Symptoms of needing walnut blasting?

My 335is has started to hesitate on sudden throttle input from a stop. Pop the throttle on, say 20% input, and then there is a feeling of a misfire for a second and then she takes off. No codes are thrown though.

Condition: only 10,000 miles, new plugs installed in an attempt to alleviate this issue along with the feeling of a rough idle sometimes, original coils. Could I possibly need a walnut blasting this early in my N54's life?

Thanks
