335d service record
hi all
looking at another 335d m sport..it is on a 2009 plate with 55k.. looking at the service record it is as follows 2/10/10 18 422 miles oil 23/9/11 36 552 miles oil and brake fluid 11/7/12 51 070 miles oil I cant remember the service schedule on these as it is relagted to the i drive, but does the above look like it seems ok with the 18k miles between services.. the car also has 4 owners but the services were all done at the same dealer.. any thoughts much appreciated.. also are the bmw performance 6 pot gold calipers brakes worth much on these? he is asking 22k.. |

My 335i is now over 60k and all the services have fallen between 15-16k apart.
Those intervals don't seem anything unusual to me. Quite a few people have said the BMW performance brakes are pointless. No better than standard. They look good though. |

Price seems steep to me for a car that's four years old. I'd of said it should be around the £20k mark....

I wouldn't pay extra for the different bumpers etc.. I personally don't like the 313 wheels either.
The BMWP brakes are no better than the 335i/d standard brakes (I'm sure I read they're inferior) but they're better than the brakes on the rest of the range. |

The price is top end and there is other that are cheaper with good spec and lower milage for the same or less. Quite a few out there, so no need to buy the first one. Do you need a diesel? Save more money and buy a 335i. You'll get more car for your cash with running costs close. It's better to drive. Last edited by Kerr; 07-06-2013 at 03:36 AM.. |
