Question Dusty Sunroof Headliner

so ive got a case of a dusty sunroof headliner. i leave it open in the tilted fashion as it is always garaged parked (home/work). now ive finalyl gotten around to closing the headliner and i have dusty (dirty) lines in it from where the headliner is stopped. is there any simple solution to cleaning this? or must i get a steam cleaner?

I do the same in my E46. I took a shop-vac and the pointed tip nozzle and sucked all the dirt and dust out.
