I am not sure if this applies to BMW owners, but I have already submit a message to the law firm involved in this class action lawsuit to find out.

From a news article, right now it's GM, Chrysler, Honda, and Nissan. But the law firm is apparently looking for more plaintiffs to sign up, because that's how they can involve more automobile manufacturers. Hopefully we can get a BMW owner in Toronto to get involved.
A $5000 to $10000 price drop for the 3-series would be really sweet. BMWs are already too common in Vancouver, not exactly the choice for exclusivity.

Sounds like a whole lot of nothing when you factor in Tax rates and the Current state of the dollar.

Class action... Just another way to make a law firm some money.

A 15% price cut would price the 335i (e92) at 43860, very close to the current 328i base price. And 328i (e92) would be at 37060. Sounds good to me.

Agreed on the law firm part. But, to get the balance of power back again, there are times you need to hire mercenaris to fight those crooks.

Not agree on the women part, except Montreal, all the women up here are a bit too chubby.
