"ACS Style lip" for Mtech/Msport?

Came across this lip on Ebay.

Is it me or does this lip look like it's not made to fit the Mtech/Msport front bumper, rather an M3 bumper? Seems to me like this would be a thinner version of the v-style lip for the M3 bumper.

Anyone have experience/knowledge of this lip? Searched around and didn't find anything.

The picture certainly doesn't look right, but they are in the US and have a phone number, so just call them - looks like they have a decent return policy also if it doesn't fit.

Looking at the auction, some of the other pictures look more correct, so maybe they just have pictures of more than one lip mixed in - auction very specifically says 08-10 msport only.

Yup looks like for the m3 front. I'd email them before buying...does look better than my V-style one I just put on.

from the looks of the inside I'd say it is actually for the m-tech bumper....it's too bad

I like it... would need more info! I just purchased a front lip and would be disappointed if this one is actually fits the m-sport.. errrr

I emailed them and responded that it's only for Mtech. I don't see how but alright.

I wonder how this would look on the m-sport bumper. Wish the ends tapered down like the VRS lip for the m3 bumper.

Found this when I googled "E92 ACS lip" -

That's on an M3. Looks like the same lip to me. Guessing the seller just has no idea what he's talking about. At almost 50k positive ratings, they probably go through too many car parts to even notice.

edit - Looks like the Ebay lip sold, wish we knew who got it.

^If you look very closely, you can see that the TOP of the lip is actually slightly different. The one in the picture above has about a 1cm of flat straight up wall, the one in the eBay link is just round.

I believe that the lip actually fits on the MTECH rather than the M3. If you look at the back of the lip in the ebay ad, the flow fits the bottom of the mtech a lot better than the more aggressively curved and LOWER m3 bottom end of the front bumper.

Further investigation on the LINK of the each picture of this seller, every single MTECH item he sells has a "BME92MT" in the link. Whereas for his M3 items, the link has a "BME92M3" in the link.
