Today my Pre LCI E90 320 msport is in having some warranty work done and I have a 13 plate E92 320 msport, wow the engine is so much smoother, not really noticed on the get up and go so much, also some extra little features I really like, it shows me what is going on with cruise control where as mine does not, yet mirrors!!! yes door mirrors what are those about, have to say I prefer mine and the stop start at a junction did confuse me, but I will say an LCI upgrade if you can do it seems valid. The driver position is a bit better to, yet this maybe due to my seats being manual and this ones being electric so you have much finer adjustment.
Just thought I would share, still very happy with mine without doubt, but when i come to change cars in future it would not be a bad upgrade IMO.
