Fresh Install INPA Help

I just redid my installation on a fresh version of Windows XP and I am having problems. I do not have any black dots on INPA when everything is connected and ignition is on. Not sure what the problem is. Drivers should be good and com port is set to 1. Any suggestions?

What cable do you have?

Maybe latency of com port set to 1ms?

Bought it on amazon.

Latency was set to 1ms.

have you try other laptop or different system like win7, if the issue still here the problem might be the cable.
