Pics from my SW Colorado road trip.

It's been a long time since I have shot and I am a little rusty. The drive was beautiful, even though it rained - and stormed - frequently. This trip was from Austin, TX -> Roswell, NM -> Durango -> Silverton -> Ouray -> Telluride -> Mesa Verde, NM.

Great roads!

Most of the shots were with a Nikon D90 and a kit lens with some out the windows (sorry for the aberrations) - a few with a 50mm 1.4, and a few with a Sony NEX 5. No tripod.

Overcast clouds + storms and steam made for some interesting shots.

( ps.. is there an easy way to post flickr images directly into the board? )

Nice photos (and very nice car!), and yeah that is a great area to drive. To post your Flickr pics directly, click on the share button under the picture you want to post (the little square with the arrow sticking out of it) and then the "grab the HTML/BBCode" button, copy that link and paste it here. I usually use the 1024 size.
