2 quick jb4 questions

hello i am upgrading from the jb3 to jb4 and have two quick questions.

1. do the settings save when i remove the jb4 from the car?

2. the jb3 had "lagfix maps", the jb4 from my understanding has "default wastegate postion" were the lagfix maps equivalent to having default wastegate at 100% or what?

thanks

-Steering wheel settings will stay the same if you remove the JB4 from a car.

-I didn't run a JB3 so I don't have any experience with it, but I would assume yes. Lagfix will be similar to a higher % default WG position.

You need to download the firmware from the JB4 thread on Terry's site. You can't through the application, but that would be cool

There is a sticky on BMS' forum with all the JB4 details on it. Start there.

Autocode clear for one is off by default

The default waste gate values felt good to me coming from the lagfix maps. I would honestly just set it to map 5, let it adapt, and log it. What map and mods did you have with the jb3?
