BMW Assist with Bluetooth Question

Just picked up my car tonight. My CA tried to Sync one of our phones which are both Motorola V600 Bluetooth phones but he was unable to sync them. He said I should check with Cingular. Anyone have any ideas? Im going to try myself tomorrow.

Luckily I had ordered my winter tires and wheels from Tirerack, were expecting 3-6 inches of snow tonight!!

Garage List
For starters, you CA may not be the brightest bulb on the tree. Check the BMW USA website for a list of compatible phones (listed by service carrier). Make sure your phone is on the list.
